Fallout is a large, radioactive four eyed werewolf. He is the prime of radioactivity which he added to villain.net. Jake hunter uses Fallout's radioactivity a lot. Fallout is crushed to death by the sphinx head after being stabbed by eric kirby. He doesn't have a pendant like most of the Council of Evil do. His armour is a black ceramic plated suit,and his head is fully concealed but you can see his lupine eyes. Fallout can charge up his armour with radioactive heat which can burn the ground around him and make it hard to hit him. He has a strong dislike of Chameleon. He Wields a long, pointed staff with glowing radioactive tips. Fallout has a deep voice and "white lupine eyes gleam[ing]...made all more alarming by the fact there were two pairs, one on top of the other."
